Ingredients of Capsicum Curry
2 medium chopped capsicum ( green pepper)
1 tablespoon chopped coriander leaves
4 red chilli
2 pinches sea salt
2 chopped onion
1/2 tablespoon coriander seeds
1 tablespoon butter
How to make Capsicum Curry
Step 1 Cut the capsicum and remove the seeds, keep it away. Fry the peanuts, red chillies, half of the chopped onions and coriander seeds in a pan, grind it.
Step 2 Heat oil in a pan, then fry the remaining onions. Add capsicum and salt, keep on low flame for about 15 minutes.
Step 3 Add the peanut paste, cook for about five minutes and add chopped coriander leaves. Serve.
Sorakkaya Dosa Recipe
Ingredients Sorakkaya(Bottle Gourd) Pieces-1/two Cup
Flax Seed Powder-2 Tablespoons
Sesame Powder(Nuvvulu)-two Tablespoons
Almonds-five(Skin Peeled)
Chopped Greenchillies-two
Chopped Ginger-one Tsp
Cumin Seeds-1/2 Tsp
Coriander Leaves
Rock Salt Powder-as Per Taste
Ghee- 2 Tablespoons
Technique Consider a Mixie Jar. Add the Bottle Gourd Pieces and Almonds. Grind Them to a Fine Paste. Transfer the Paste to a Mixing Bowl. To This Include Flax Seed Powder,sesame Powder,chopped Chillies,chopped Ginger,salt,coriander Leaves and Cumin Seeds. Mix Effectively. Add a Minor Bit of Water to Modify the Consistency. Do Not Include Much more Water. It Should Be a Thick Consistency. Maintain the Batter Closed for ten Minutes. After ten Minutes We Can Put together the Dosas. Heat the Tawa. Spread Some Ghee. Add Batter and Spread Like Dosa. Sprinkle Some Ghee . Shut the Lid Cook in Medium Flame for five Minutes. Following five Minutes Flip the Other Side Also. Cook The two Sides Until Golden Brown Colour. Serve This Yummy Dosa.
Veg soup
Ingredients
- Mixed Vegetables(cauliflower, cabbage,carrot) - 3 cups chopped finely
- VRK fats- 1 tblsp
- Garlic - 3 cloves chopped finely
- Onion White -1 chopped finely
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Water - 4 to 5 cups
Instructions
- Heat oil in a sauce pan, add garlic, onion and saute for a min.
- Add in veggies and saute for 5 mins till it is done.
- Add in water and bring it to a boil.
- Cook for 10 mins.
- Add salt and pepper to taste
- Serve hot.
